Individualised Support Plans

Creating tailored support plans that reflect each young person’s needs, strengths, and goals, with a focus on personal progress, responsibility, and future independence.

Educational Support and Employment

Providing guidance with education, training, and employment pathways, including support with attendance, coursework, applications, and engagement with colleges or training providers.

Emotional and Personal Development

Offering structured one-to-one support sessions that help young people build emotional resilience, develop coping strategies, and strengthen decision-making skills.

Safe Semi-Independent Accommodation

Providing safe, well-maintained accommodation where young people can live in a stable environment while receiving appropriate guidance and support from trained staff.

Social and Recreational Activities

Encouraging participation in social, recreational, and community activities that support confidence, independence, and positive peer relationships.

Health and Well-being Programs

Supporting young people to access healthcare services, develop healthy routines, and maintain physical and emotional wellbeing as part of independent living.

Working constructively with families, carers, and professionals where appropriate, and supporting young people to build positive, appropriate relationships.

Supporting young people to plan for their next steps, including further education, employment, and long-term housing, ensuring they are prepared for life beyond supported accommodation.
