ensuring all current and newly referred individuals receive high quality, person centered support. Expected to lead and support practice development within the team and are in charge of the daily running of the site. Also deputies in the absence of the Service Manager.
Providing emotional support to individuals, their families and liasing with local authorities. Giving practical support to idividuals, such as helping with household tasks, acting as their appropriate adult, providing education and career pathways, and dealng with general paperwork and administration.
